Shawn Lee is the dedicated Chief Financial Officer of Stuarts Design, bringing over a decade of expertise in the interior design realm. Renowned for his mastery in Kitchen Design and Decor, he has sculpted some of Malaysia’s most exquisite kitchens. His reputation is built on an unwavering commitment to detail, coupled with a meticulous and risk-averse approach. Currently, he steers the company’s accounts with precision and finesse, ensuring excellence in every project. His robust leadership ensures that every project receives the meticulous attention it deserves, setting the standard for excellence in the industry.

Desmond Yu

General Manager

Desmond brings together the precision of engineering and the creativity of design in his role as General Manager at Stuarts Design. With a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering and over a decade of experience spanning engineering, retail, and commercial interiors, he combines technical discipline with a passion for spatial innovation. His career journey from delivering structurally sound solutions as an engineer to shaping impactful environments in the design and build industry has given him a unique versatility. At Stuarts Design, Desmond leads project operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and collaboration, ensuring every space is both functional and inspiring.

Aisha Radzi

Design Manager

Our fellow Design Manager hailing from Johor, armed with a Bachelor of Architecture and four years of experience in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to her work. Since elementary school, Aisha’s passion for art has been her guiding light, instilling in her a sense of creativity, hard work, and adaptability. These qualities have enriched her life with vibrant experiences and have shaped her approach to design. Committed to continuous exploration and innovation, Aisha ensures that every project she undertakes is a delightful surprise for her clients. She is known for always leaving a lasting impression wherever her talents take her.

Design Manager (Oversea Union)

Cindy is our resident Interior Designer with a passion for bringing designs to life through captivating 3D visualization renders. She approaches each project with a commitment to understanding her clients’ needs and preferences. She recognizes that every project is unique and approaches each one with an open mind and a dedication to tailoring her designs to suit her clients’ individual lifestyles and personalities. With a commitment to collaboration and a focus on capturing clients’ personalities and lifestyles, Cindy ensures that every project, whether residential or commercial, is a true reflection of her clients’ vision and a space they’ll cherish for years to come.

Design Director Assistant

Daniel’s journey into the design world is a testament to his unwavering passion and determination. His professional journey began with at an interior design firm specializing in commercial spaces, where he honed his skills for a year. Eager to expand his expertise, he transitioned to another firm focusing on residential design, where his role primarily involved 3D modelling and rendering. He then found a new opportunity at Stuarts Design, where he has been instrumental in various capacities and now serves as the Design Director’s Assistant. His multifaceted experience, combined with his can-do attitude make him an invaluable asset to the team.

With more than a decade of experience in the interior design industry, Steve is a multifaceted master for his holistic, end-to-end approach to creating exceptional spaces. From the initial consultation to the final stages of production, Steve brings both expertise and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each step is executed with precision. Specializing in kitchen design and decor, Steve leads the Signature division, where his extensive knowledge and leadership have shaped countless projects. His design philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that simplicity is the epitome of design, focusing on clean, functional aesthetics that prioritize what truly matters, free of unnecessary complexities.
