Before joining us, Nicholas ventured into entrepreneurship, owning and partnering in businesses within the interior design and construction sectors. It was the passion and momentum here at Stuarts Design that ultimately drew him to become a valued member of the team.

Najiha is our dedicated Business Development Executive armed with a First-class Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) Entrepreneurship, showcasing a solid foundation in business principles and entrepreneurial strategies. With two years of immersive experience in Business Development within the Interior Design Industry, she harbours immense skills in identifying lucrative market opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships. In her role, she seamlessly aligns business development initiatives with overarching company objectives by synergizing efforts between sales teams and designers. Her proficiency in meticulously tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics empowers her to offer valuable insights and actionable recommendations to senior management, facilitating informed decision-making and driving continuous improvement. Beyond her professional endeavors, Najiha harbors a genuine passion for understanding the symbiotic relationship between business growth and societal impact.

Initially drawn to architecture, Daniel faced immense opposition to his passion and found himself pursuing civil engineering instead. However, his true calling persisted, leading him to make a bold decision to follow his dreams, completing both a diploma and degree in Interior Design. His professional journey began with his first job at an interior design company specializing in F&B and commercial spaces, where he honed his skills for a year. Eager to expand his expertise, he transitioned to another firm focusing on residential design, where his role primarily involved 3D modeling and rendering. He then found a new opportunity at Stuarts Design, where he has been instrumental in various capacities over the past ten months. Starting as a designer, he quickly rose to a Sales role before ultimately serving as the Design Director’s Assistant. His multifaceted experience, combined with his innate creativity and determination, make him an invaluable asset to the team.

During Alia’s academic years pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, she cultivated a deep understanding of architectural principles and design fundamentals. Her passion for design led her to pursue an internship to broaden her horizons at Praktika Architects whereby she gained insights into the intricacies of both architectural and interior design fields. Fuelled by her passion, Alia embarked on her professional career with us as a Junior Interior Designer and quickly rose through the ranks, currently assuming the role of a Project Designer. Her journey exemplifies her commitment to her craft and her willingness to embrace new challenges. Her transition from architecture to interior design underscores her adaptability and her unwavering pursuit of her true passion in the design industry.

Michelle Joan is a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Designer who began her career with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from UCSI University, graduating with a second upper class honours. She gained valuable hands-on experience during a six-month internship at an Interior Design firm. After graduation, Michelle joined Stuarts Design, where she has been instrumental in bringing creative visions to life. As a passionate and detail-oriented person with a knack for overcoming challenges, she has been instrumental in delivering satisfying and tangible results at Stuarts Design. Michelle is committed to transforming ideas into reality, ensuring that each project she undertakes is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
